The waist: 13.75 inches but the entire back is elastic so it’s got a ton of stretch, the rise is 12 inches (think tapered leg, and natural waist fit unless you’re short like me which means high waist). The inseam: 26.5inches, the thighs: 11 inches. They have a soft lining and are very flattering. Let me know if you’d like more photos or details ☺️
