This is by far one of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen in person. Made by designer Frascara who specializes in wedding and special occasion dresses. Premium silk chiffon in baby blue, layers and layers of luxurious material in tea length. Beautiful V neckline, hidden zipper detail on the back. Extra long chiffon waist ribbon you can style any which way. Wear it around your waste or wear it around your neck to feel like a 50s movie star. Just wear a bejeweled belt to add more of a fancy appeal. This dress was purchased at Holt Renfrew Toronto. Used once for a special occasion.
