Free People Beach Maxi Dress

Stunning washed black halter dress with an open back design. Perfect for summer and beach outings. Free People Beach, size small. Worn twice, in excellent condition. I did alter the halter, I put stitches across because it hung too low on me. Stiches can be removed, fabric was not cut and buttons are still in place. See pictures.
