Free People California Sunrise dress has a fitted bodice and a striped maxi skirt portion in a combo of yellow, gray, white, and black. The skirt is a pleated chiffon fabric. sweetralphsmom @eveready247 hi! Yes, the waist is elastic and the back of the top is a jersey knit material. Not sure how far it will go.... I don’t want to stretch too far and damage it 😊.
