Free People Dress

Brand new, without any tags/never worn. I had this hemmed to be shorter so the fabric care tag is gone but it’s like a lot of other free people fabric, light viscose. Bust has adjustable tie and button down. Navy blue with flowers and butterflies. Bust laying flat is 21 inches and length is now about 48.5 inches long.
