Free People Dress Sz XS

V-neck button-up dress in complimentary floral prints with waistband detail. Full mutton sleeves with cuffs. This dress is meant to include a tie belt but I do not have it. I'm reposhing this item since it was unfortunately too small on me. I'm usually a size small so I think it is true to x-small.
