This dress is the perfect 90s throwback, with detailed velvet and frills - perfect for a party or night out if you want to stand out! It’s a small and although it’s “oversized” it fits a bit small and is very short, so if you want it to drape like the model I’d recommend size 0-4 (I’m a 6 and it just didn’t work lol).
