Free People "If I Had You" floral chiffon long sleeve blouse has elasticized peplum waist, keyhole neckline with double button closure at collar. Can be unbuttoned and worn open for a v-neck style. Loose, flowy sleeves fasten at wrist with button cuffs. Beading detail around collar, front of blouse & around sleeve cuffs. Chiffon fabric is slightly sheer. Tag size is women's XS, fit is loose/relaxed - see below for garment measurements. Pre-owned condition: has a few small pulls near sleeve cuff (see close-up photo).
