Free People Midi Dress

Free People Red/orange striped midi dress, with large pockets either side, one side buttoned, cross back, adjustable straps, tie waist, empire waist. Size small. in good condition, missing the mental hook part-please see last picture. I don't remember it ever being there🤷 approx measurements width 15" pit to pit length 47"
