Hi there, I know this says low-mid rise so where abouts do they sit on the hip?

@carly_reid hey! they sit at my hip bones or just below. I'd say they're between a low rise and mid rise. I'm 5'5" for reference:)
I just measured from the seam between the kegs to the top of the button/zipper, its 8 inches
