Free People Paris Rock Sequin Mini Dress in Navy - Size 0 GUC but it is flawed in that it is missing the ribbon on the front. I can see where its original owner stitched up the area where the ribbon would wrap around and now the dress has a cowl neck. The stitching is not visible from the outside of the dress. You can only see the stitching from the inside. This dress is currently listed on Tradesy without the ribbon and it suggests you could add your own ribbon or wear the dress as a cowl neck. So this adjustment was not unique😀 This is a really cute dress which originally retailed on Revolve for almost $400.
