Free People The Heart Midi Dress Black Small NWT

I’ve had this for a while but it is just a tad too big for me so I have never worn it. It’s a perfect summer dress. This style was really popular and is no longer sold. It has a low V button up front, puffed sleeves, and a removable belt with wooden buckle. The top button fell off somewhere in my closet but it comes with two replaceable buttons attached to tags as seen in photos. The wooden belt came with some marks on it which I believe is just Free People’s "vintage look” aesthetic. Perfect for spring. Measurements: armpit to armpit 17” Band across waist 14” Length from shoulder down front to hem is 46”
