jennysuggate21 How is the torso length? I'm 5'9" and I always have issues with it being long enough in that area to not get the "camel toe"...

jennysuggate21 before I bid or accept I want to make sure the torso is long for tall people and I would normally get a medium. Small is good correct?

dresst_canada @jennysuggate21 hi! So sorry for the late response - we’re new to using Poshmark. Yes, I would definitely recommend sizing down, even if you have a long torso.

stevieincalgary Hi Dresst. I received your jumper today. Absolutely love it but an hour after putting it on I noticed a hole at the seem of the v-neck. Rather than reject it or give a poor rating I thought I would contact you first to see if you have any ideas for resolution, as I notice you are now sold out of the size small. Thanks very much.

dresst_canada @stevieincalgary ok, I heard back from Poshmark support and there’s no way to give you a partial refund through this system. There are a couple options: 1) you can open a “not as described” case and we will accept the return. Or 2) if there’s something else we have listed I can give you a deeper discount on it to help pay for a repair. If you have any other suggestions, we are totally open to them!

dresst_canada @shopaddict_2 Hi there! Thank you for your suggestion! We prefer to keep everything within Poshmark and to not do any transactions outside the platform. We do accept returns and the money will be refunded in case of any unexpected defects as per Poshmark policies.

We do have 2 sizes Small but both of them have holes in the front of the garment. One hole is 1/4" and the other one is 6/16". Let me know if you are interested and we could in a better price for them!

dresst_canada @krista_connolly Hi there! This style is Navy Blue and the color reflects better on the first 3 photos of this publication. The ones where the blond model is wearing it are somewhat edited by Free People and the ones I took with my cellphone don't show the true navy color since I used flash.

We wanted to clarify that they are not overlooked stains, we spray all our items with fabric refresher before sending them out to customers. The product must have left some residue after we sprayed it. We did miss the pattern of circles when doing the inspection of the item, and for that, we apologize. Since you already opened a case with Poshmark , we will have to wait for you to get the return label to return the item to us.
