Free People Velvet Burnout Kimono

Gold/mustard yellow velvet burnout kimono with fringe tassels. New with tags. There is one tassel in the front that looks like it was snipped a bit, I received it this way from free people originally. I don’t think it’s noticeable when you have it on though. I tried to take pics of the damage.
