lydianegus @leah_paluck Hey! Pit to pit semi stretched is 27 inches there is elastic on both the front and back so I would say it would even stretch further than that, honestly.

lydianegus @leah_paluck the fabric is 100 % cotton. the back collar to the bottom of the peplum measures 20 inches and from top of shoulder to bottom of the peplum is measures 23 inches. I hope this helps!
