Free People blue midi tie front blouse

Beautiful blue waffle blouse that hits just below the belly button for a lower midi rise front tie. Fits a medium or small as it can be tightened at the waist. I’m a size 6 and it fits me nicely. Worn only 3 times with no signs of wear.
