Measurement from shoulder to highest point in hemline (at the side) is 44 inches laying flat, no accounting for the elastic in the shoulder seam. All measurements were taken while laying flat, not accounting for additional stretch provided by elastic panel on the back. Buttons all in beautiful condition. Fabric is somewhat transparent, so would recommend a slip underneath.
