Free People empire style maxi dress - embroidered eyelet and lined. The back has elastic, and is adjustable with the ribbon - please note there are some rough edges where some threads are showing on the back. I have photographed this. It’s approximately 52” long. Brand new, with tags in excellent condition.

kpousette @missbree123 hi, it’s adjustable so can be as tight as 14” or stretch out to about 18-19”. The elastic and ribbon at the back allows it to adjust.
