Free people beaded ruffle dress. It is unhemmed and made to look a little ratty. It's sleeveless. At the top there is black satin ruffled edging around the shoulders and down the side. On top of the ruffles are gunmetal beads that are sewn on. Easily dress this up or down It's has an under layer that is not attached to the outer layer except where the shoulder/side ruffles and beading are located.
