Free People tunic/ blouse/ mini dress

Super pretty multi function piece from Free People. wear as a top, tunic or mini dress. Navy blue/faded black in colour with poppy red pink cream grey blue flower and butterfly pattern. slit bell sleeves, unfinished two layer hem, ties at collar, a couple of spots on chest where there looks to be a stitch or two missing from unique diamond pleat pattern. not really noticeable..as I only just did while posting..hung in closet and only worn once a couple years ago..needs to be loved.. a bit snug in my upper arms - I'm typically a lg in FP. this would fit small to lg though.
