Free people floral tunic/dress

Beautiful black top with a red, green, and cream allover flower print. Could be long enough to be worn as a dress if you are petite. It is an oversized cut, with small pleats in the front and back, and a cut-out with a button closure at the neck. Crinkly lightweight crepe material is nice and airy for summer. Measurements taken flat: bust: 19.5" (22 with pleats pulled open) length: 27" at the center, and 34"at the sides
