This wooden trinket or treasure rectangular box was locally handmade in Quebec in the 1990’s . See pictures for best description.if you add all the surfaces, the theme is a love scene ( a man offering flowers to a woman) with some flowers in the background so I called it spring love but it could be summer as well😐 The inside is lined with velvet. There are very small chips of the paint , mainly among the opening of the cover. I would suggest you use a dark marker to hide them if you wish. Some of the white areas are reflections of the light and not chips. Overall the box is in very good condition. You can use it no problem “as is”. Free with the purchase of anything over 100$ (my net revenue, after discounts). The idea is to give you,or a cherished one, something that will bring happiness.
