French Connection Size 4 Flared Dress. It was never worn and the tags are still attached, however there is a pull in the fabric on the front of the skirt - picture included. I didn’t notice until I started looking for defects and probably not noticeable when being worn and pleats are hanging or in movement, but if you are particular, be aware. Original pale pink belt included.
