French connection yellow waxed jacket size xs nwt

Waxed yellow French connection jacket New with tags Marked XS. I believe it’s a men’s sizing if I remember correctly from purchasing it originally. There is a mark on the sleeve (pictured) not sure what it is. I’ve never worn it.
