Beautiful lead crystal it appears to be art deco style with diamond shaped stopper . Stopper fits snugly no damage at all has been used but obviously gently 3 3.4” high Has Made in France engraved on the bottom with the letter W . Someone has a sticker on it saying 1930 . None of this information I can guarantee Nice addition to your dresser or placed on a mirror glass tray. Would make a lovely gift
