Fringe Purse/Bag

Unique black fringe purse with liner and inner pocket. A friend made a series of these out of specially treated garbage bags after completing design school in Vancouver. It’s a really funky bag and you would not guess it’s made of garbage bags - it looks like a pleather and is super funky. Very lightly used and in excellent condition. 12x12” and 3” width inside. Strap is 13” from top middle strap to the middle top of bag.
