Can’t remember if this is forever21 or H and M but it’s vintage now. Super cute. Adjustable strap 40”, total length if bag with fringe is 43”, width 9”. Front pocket with magnetic closure. Second flap has zippered pocket. Used twice. Very cute and unique!
