Fringe knee high boots

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thebaddmermaid. Loved them, but the heel was too tall for me! They are way too cute to sit in my closet and need a new loving home! They did have some wear in the inner top cuff when I bought them, and they've only been tried on since. Questions? Leave a comment below!
