modpaws Would I even be able to replace the zipper? I've never heard of doing something like that with a bag. Maybe a cobbler would offer a service like that? I have a bag similar to this that I got from H&M, not real leather of course, but I loved it for many years. Only the strap wasn't long enough, I thought it would be a cross body and it wasn't. Plus, it didn't have any pockets in it. But I'm very interested in this one, how much are you stuck on the price?
