Fringe midi skirt

Midi festive fringe pencil skirt with vent at the back, fully lined, in great condition. Dimensions laying flat are 14 inches at the waist (elastic), 19 inches at the hips, 32 inches for the length. Fits smaller (maybe a 4 or 6) as the outer material doesn't stretch (the waist and lining are).
