Top is large, bottom is medium, new but tags removed, bottom has liner intact. Top 14" lying flat, padded, hook closure at back. Marked as size large. Bottom 13" at widest part, liner untouched, strings can be be tightened or loosened. Comes in a plastic zip case. Never worn.
