Fuchsia Batik Skirt from Bali

Purchased in Bali, this skirt is made from a gorgeous batik fabric in pinks and fuchsia. Fabric inserts created a really flowy skirt with an up and down hemline. While the elastic waist measures 10" lying flat, it stretches to 20". Worn only a handful of times. No size tags but I would say this would fit like an 8-10. Please take note of the measurement photos to ensure a good fit.
