Fucshia Rachel Roy scoop neck short sleeve dress w/tie@waist

Fuschia dress with scooped neckline and short sleeves with rolled cuff. The dress is oversized on the top and cinches nicely with tie at waist. Fabric is a gorgeous blend of rayon nylon and spandex. Gorgeous material. Dress is in VG condition. Oh….and the best part of the dress - it has pockets.
