Hello Could you give more details on UTEX outer material please: a. is it wooly OR is it cotton, like gabardine rainproof? b. Does coat come with belt? Merci!

@babelminou hi, there is a photo of the tag that lists materials. It’s not waterproof and does not come with a belt. It’s very soft material, structured and timeless overcoat.
