Super cute bubble-style skirt with tulle “fringe” on underskirt. Black and white polka dots, black tulle. Black stretchy lace waistband (some minor wear, see detailed photo). Fabric is likely polyester with Lycra; easy care and easy wear! Tags are missing unfortunately, but I estimate the skirt to be a Medium. 27-34” elastic waist (relaxed to stretched measurement) 18” long (not including tulle)
