Fun Summer Dress

Pixie and Diamond size 10 (I think it's a child size?) . Fun patterned dress, loops for a think belt. Some loose thread on one of the belt loops but otherwise in good condition - would say gently used. Falls to upper thigh on me (5ft 8)
