Fun and Unique Boho Dress and Shrug Combo

Good pre loved condition Shrug is tagged a small. Dress has no size tag but I would say it also fits like a small. These are different brands but I got it as a set. It’s super cute together so I want to keep it that way. No materials tag on either but these are heavier and probably have some wool?
