Funky 90s arabesque pattern top

This is a top from a canadian brand from the 90s called sugar kaine. All the pieces were such classic 90s funk. This top is 50% polyester and 50% cotton so it is not too stretchy. The size says 16 but I would say it is a L or 10/12 Would look great under overalls or under a slip dress with some chunky platform boots. pit to pit is 18" length is 21.5" PL15-1
