Funky Neon Painted Mini Skirt

I bought this funky neon painted mini skirt when I was in Amsterdam. The skirt is made from an elastic black material, and hand painted with various thick, neon paints. It’s a perfect nightlife, party or rave skirt. Size: Small Condition: very good pre-owned condition - was worn a few times, but no damage or stains.
