Funky Neon Painted Mini Skirt, UV Reactive

I bought this funky neon painted mini skirt when I was in Amsterdam. The skirt is made from an elastic black material, and hand painted with various thick, neon paints that is UV reactive (i.e. will glow under UV or black light). It’s a perfect nightlife, party or rave skirt. Size: Small Couch is a UK brand that specializes in UV Reactive Club wear, rave and festival clothing. Condition: very good pre-owned condition - was worn a few times, but no damage or stains.
