Funky Printed Cord "Hey" Jean by Gorman / Rachel Castle - AUS 10, Aprox. US 4/6

Super fun cropped, printed cord jean in a mid-rise with front zipper and slim leg. Made by the Australian company Gorman, that partners with pattern designers, in this case Rachel Castle. From their winter 2019 collection. Only worn a couple of times, as they were tighter on me than I was expecting. 98% cotton, 2% spandex, so they do have some stretch and are meant to be fitted. The problem I found is that, while I wore a 10 (AUS, here that's usually a 6) in their other pants, when these stretch you can see white behind them and they don't look as good (see photos). This wouldn't be a problem if they were slightly larger, and so would be great for someone who is a size 4 or 5, or even a 6 but just smaller hips than me (40"). Like all Gorman pants they are cut short, the describe it as a full-leg length but see the photo for what that means, basically to your ankle bone. If you're on the taller side (I'm 5'8), they may feel slightly short, unless you're wearing sandals (I looked like a dork wearing these with runners). On someone a couple inches short they'd be great. Unworn condition, wore these 5 times tops, just not right for me.
