Funny-Leuchte Candle Set - vintage Biedermeir 10 porcelain candle holders.

Vintage Biedermeier “funny” 10 porcelain candle holders no candles but a bonus of 6 more candle holders. Made in Germany A vintage 1960s Biedermeier “Funny” Original box of 10 porcelain Christmas Tree candle holders with a bonus of 6 oval porcelain Holly candle holders. The Christmas Tree candleholder box is the original one, candles used and replaced with the oval holly candle holders. Measurements are 1 1/4” by 7/8” by 5/8” - 10 Christmas tree candle holders. 1” by 7/8” by 3/4” - 6 Holly bush candleholders. Candle holders are made in West Germany as shown on the bottom of the Christmas trees, the holly bushes have no name on bottom at all but match so well that it looks like a set. Please check pictures over but all of the candle holders are intact although red wax shows in spots can be removed but I think this makes the candlesticks look more quaint, nostalgic and well loved. The candles that go in the candle holders , are a fair size, but you do not want to go top heavy. The candle holders are actually quite heavy. These are lovely candlestick and the fact that you have 10 candlesticks of Christmas trees would give you the ability to put one by each place setting or run them down the table, but then you have the six holly ones for that. Could be used to light the bathroom for visitors, at the entryway or on a display, there is always a centrepiece or a cake that can surround it. Just remember to be safe when using candles.
