@queenatessa Euro size is 38.5. You have a little flexibility around the ball of the foot because of the fabric but they're not that large: about 74mm across as they narrow near the toes. I don't know what you meant about the insole thing.

@queenatessa If you're talking about the rear view, the sponge inside the heel has pushed against the insole and the dried out glue made the golden metalic paper insole curl up a little. Not damaged.
