A really unique style. With the use of metallics, the glass becomes iridescent in some lighting conditions. Judging by the style (use of metallics) the size and shapes of some of the glass pieces fused to the tray - it's the late Israeli American artist Tamara Baskin. She produced functional pieces of art designed to celebrate Jewish life. Her family has continued her legacy by continuing to produce her designs. The houses are meant to evoke a sense of Jerusalem's old city section. I have 2 other pieces by the same artist. The tray is approximately 10.5 inches. It's pre-owned in good pre-owned condition.
