GAP Black Ruffle Neck Tie Cardigan

This black, 3/4 sleeved, ruffle tie neck sweater is the perfect layering piece for a summer dress. It is made of 100% cotton. There is a ruffle edged collar and a tie but no other enclosures. It is in good pre-loved condition, has been freshly laundered, however still a small white mark under the arm pit.
