The top of the dress has small flowers and the bottom has the same floral pattern, but some of the flowers have a blue highlight in them. The dress also has a tie sewn in the back that come to the front to tie up. the dress has a small amount of flair to the skirt and the dress is completely lined.. The dress is fully machine washable in cold water. The label indicates the size is a medium, but the person wearing it for the pictures is a size 6 to 8 and she is 5' 3" tall.

abbyteegen I checked the dress again and it is white, not beige or cream. There are small black dots throughout the fabric and the lighting could also be a factor, but It is definitely not beige or cream. Hope ths helps.
