superwasp Hi! Does this skirt fit true-to-size for a four, in your opinion? I'm guessing it sits slightly lower on the hips?

renmichele403 @superwasp hi! If it helps, laying flat the waist is 16”. I put it up next to a size 6 gap skirt and it’s about an inch smaller laying flat. It is meant to sit lower on the hips, I bought it well before the high waist trend 😂
