This two toned blue and white striped with coral cuffs blouse might even be considered a tunic top. The tie isn’t attached as I removed the strings for that (fell in the wrong spot for me).

@megradford it’s 19.5” underarm:underarm and 28” shoulder to hem. The back is a smidge longer (maybe an inch?!?). Thanks for your patience.
