GAP Women's Black/Charcoal 70s Flare Jeans 27 (4) - 28” inseam

Black flare jeans by GAP. Barely worn. Tailored professionally to a 28” length. Slightly too short for me because I wear heels. Flare is almost 10” at hem (see pic). Low-stretch (just 1% spandex).
