Really cute, mint condition Gap strapless top. Elastic at top can be stretched to 22” across, 22” across at elastic at waist. The top is meant to be worn a bit loose and blousy so you wouldn’t want to wear it stretched to the max 😊. Worn twice if that... Very comfortable and stays put due to the elastic.
